Had a few disappointing meals from you this year but tonight was great, everything good except the price hike, same meal from other Portland Indian £7 less!

I’ve always used Balti island but having to do this online is so much hassle; what about elderly and people who are unable to do it; always paid over the phone it’s ridiculous.

Not sure how the set menu that cost £45 just a couple of months ago is now £65! Will definitely never buy from you again.

nice flavor, but FAR too many onions, obviously used to bulk up the dish, and lacking sauce.

Only gave you one star as thats the lowest you can rate it. Very disapointed yet again. I had byriana and i think it must have been sprinkled with chilly or curry powder rather then salt. It blow my head of. Did not like it so could only eat half my meal and 2 pints of milk later. Everythink tasted spice and yuck after that. My nose is running. Shant be ordering from you again.

Missing dishes, burnt Naan, incorrect order, jalfrezi inedible due to amount of chilli powder, Bhuna had no tastes, no salad with starter, no mango ......worst curry we’ve had in a long time. Sorry all, but usually love eating with you guys, but tonight was an absolute disgrace. Won’t be eating with you for sometime.......Jeff

Mix meat biryanie consisted of about 4 chunks of lamb and thats it very disapointing

Very disapointed didnt come with the acompliments like it dose normaly witch is y i didnt order any . No popadoms No mint source. And very grease has put me of òrdering indean for a wile.

Food was 50 minutes late and had the consistency and taste of supermarket "meal deals" very disappointed

The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing.
